We find that most problems can be solved in about 5 minutes. If tech support can't correct the problem, or you still want to return it for any reason, tech support will provide you with return instructions. You must follow the return instructions given by tech support and include the completed RMA form with your item to avoid having the return refused or a restocking fee.

- Items not returned in original condition (including removed warranty labels) may be:

- We do not refund shipping fees you originally paid when purchasing or what you paid to return it.
